Expenses Management – You can enter expenses against each Case/Matter. Again, you can create your own expense codes or you can use the provided UTBMS expense codes (See Case/Matter Management).

Time Sheet Management – Resources can easily and quickly allocate their time to particular Cases/Matters. The amount charged for each item is automatically calculated and charged to the related Case/Matter (See Case/Matter Management). EveryClient (Legal) also incudes a handy Time Sheet recorder to automatically record your time against any Case/Matter.

Legal Research - EveryClient (Legal) is integrated with Google scholar. Relevant research is easily associated with a Case/Matter and so are your additional notes regarding the legal research item.

Email Integration - EveryClient (Legal) can receive Case/Matter related emails and their attachments and file them directly against the related Case/Matter.

Secure System – Only users with the correct credentials can pass through EveryClient (Legal)’s security system. Passwords are encrypted and stored in the database using strong encryption.
